When Nasser Mobarek, Food and Beverage Director
for the Renaissance Bedford Hotel created a contest
to name the private dining room at the Bistro 44,
Mindy Pollack-Fusi responded with interest. Mindy our
contest winner and contributor to
the Bedford Minuteman, tells us about how she came
arrived at the new name for the private dining room
at the Renaissance Boston Bedford Hotel.
When the Renaissance Boston Bedford Hotel asked

Bedford Minuteman readers to help them to name
their private dining room, we kept in mind that the
Bistro 44 is French, so we wanted something French

If it’s your wedding, you want nothing but the best.
Everything must be perfect. The wedding for Karyn
Borodemos and Thomas Menicci was no exception.
They planned all the details from the ceremony to
the reception. They didn’t just want it their guest to
like the wedding, they wanted them to love it! Karyn
has been in the hotel and restaurant business since
she was 13 so she knows what bride can expect at
her wedding. She looked at many area reception
sites and ultimately chose the Bedford Renaissance
Hotel. She felt very strongly that they were without
a doubt the premiere hotel offering spectacular
services and quality. It would be the perfect wedding.
