Hello
Everyone!
Well, here we are in February. If you are like me, you're
just waiting for the first signs of spring! Also, if you attended
the Chamber's Annual Dinner last month, you know that Soul
of Boston provided wonderful entertainment!
Please join us for our February 28th meeting called "Sugar-
How Sweet It Is....or Is It?".
Louise Andrews, a Holistic Health Counselor at Creative
Nourishment will discuss the following elements about
sugar:
Brief History of Sugar
Mind-numbing Consumption Statistics
Carbohydrate Metabolism and Negative Effects on the Body
"Seeing is Believing" Demo
Natural Sweetener Options
Louise Andrews passion is healthy living. Since childhood,
she had been plagued with many bronchial, upper respiratory,
and ear infections which were primarily treated with antibiotics.
Intestinal problems developed and worsened as an adult. Louis
was sick of being sick and explored natural alternatives to
improve her health. Amazing results occurred with modifying
her diet alone, plus learning how the environment and stress
can affected her health.
Louise' focus is on digestive wellness, allergies, blood sugar
issues, cravings, weight loss and how emotions affect health.
Prior to our feature presentation, Diane Cadogan Hughes,
Realtor, from The
Higgins Group has the stage for her 5-minute business
spotlight.
Please join us as we start off the meeting with informal networking,
followed by introductions including Joan's question, while
we eat our lunch.
Please an interested friend, and your ideas/questions/comments.
Meeting
room location: Flint Room
