Attorneys Pam Brown and Sarunna Jin of Brown & Brown, PC will discuss important Estate Planning Documents, including Wills, Health Care Proxy, Power of Attorney and Trusts. We will describe common misconceptions about death without a will, the probate process, and why you should have an estate plan. Pam Brown concentrates her practice in zoning, land use, planning and permitting issues. She was a member of the Massachusetts School of Law law review (1997-1999) and was previously employed as a consultant to many New England towns assisting with Master Planning and Zoning issues. Pam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and New Hampshire Bar Association and formerly of the Mass Bar Property Council. She serves as a Director of the Massachusetts Association of Planning Directors, Bedford Chamber of Commerce, and formerly as Director and officer of the UMass Department of Landscape Architecture & Regional Planning Alumni Association. Pam's diversified backgrounds allows her to coordinate seamlessly with engineers, architects and planners and view the environmental as well as economic impact of her client's projects.

Sarunna graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and received her JD from Franklin Pierce Law Center. She concentrates her practice in estate planning and probate and is admitted to practice in Massachusettes. Sarunna is also fluent in Chinese.
