Dear
Christine,
As the cool crispness of
the fall approaches, warm your body and
your soul at our Oct.
16th meeting entitled
Acupuncture with Hot Stone therapy!
When you treat your
whole body with acupuncture, you address pain
and any imbalances you might have. When you add
Hot Stone Therapy, you can relax every
muscle in your body. Your body MELTS like
butter with the heated stones.
Yoko Kajiwara Chun of Bedford Acupuncture, will
explain the following:
- While acupuncture
is working on balancing the body, the heated
stones will help you go into a deeper level
of relaxation.
- The heat from stones
penetrates the body, inducing a deeply relaxed
state and an almost magical release of muscle
tension.
- The heated stones
also draw toxins to the skin's surface, promoting
a purification process.
- The treatment is profoundly
relaxing and balancing. The warm, even
pressure of the stones feels amazing!
