WWA Monthly Meeting
Dear Christine,

Welcome back from the summer hiatus! I trust you found some relaxing moments for you.

Getting into the "back to school" rhythm, please join us for our Sept. 18th meeting entitled

"Find Out Just How Much Bedford Homeowners Get For $3.61!"

While $3.61 may not get you much at the grocery store or farmer's market, that is the residential tax impact of the Town department called Youth & Family Services (YFS). Whether you are a Bedford resident or work with folks who are Bedford residents, you don't want to miss the wealth of information you'll get at this meeting.

Bedford Youth and Family Services

Sue Baldauf, Director Bedford Youth and Family Services will give you a snapshot of this town's resource and a hint about exciting fall events! She'll explain what $3.61 buys.

You will walk away with:
  • how to get help for something you don't want to tell your best friend
  • how to connect with a local youth & maybe get your yard mowed, too
  • what middle school & high school youth are thinking and doing
  • how you can practice adding more balance to your life
  • how to get a parenting tune-up

Sue Baldauf has been the Director of the Bedford YFS since May 1997. Sue plans, organizes, and directs human services programs for youth and family in the community. She represent BYFS on community coalitions, including Violence Prevention Coalition (VPC), Bedford Community Partnership (BCP), and Bedford Community Partnership for Children (CPC).  Sue also represents Bedford with regional groups such as Community Health Network Area (CHNA) 15 and the Youth Council of the Metro Southwest Regional Employment Board.
